Roles & Responsibilities
Maintenance Electrical Technician responsibilities:
a. Ensure that all delegated Schedule Preventive Maintenance are finished on time.
b. Assist other Maintenance Technician in conducting activities in the line.
c. Assist in Improving Maintenance Planning in Electrical & Automation.
d. Communicate with other department operator’s, shift leaders & team leaders for any maintenance Activities.
e. Attend department review DER
f. Follow-up with Maintenance Technician In-charge & technical store in-charge regarding materials / parts availability of stocks.
g. Act & performed activities based on his ability & knowledge.
h. Create and release Manual Work Order (PM-01, PM-02).
i. Perform filling-up of Permit to Work (PTW).
j. Communicate & coordinate with Maintenance Technician In-charge & Technical Store in-charge regarding Spare parts availability & stocks.
b. Execute and used Nestle Problem solving tools like (GSTD,BDA).
c. Execute improvement regarding Engineering Maintenance Foundation.
d. Execute implemented activities in the Factory Engineering teams’ plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the Key Engineering Activities as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document.
e. Execute implemented work processes, procedures and technical resources related to Factory Engineering.
f. Demonstrate and promote the company’s values within the Factory Engineering team.
g. Reporting of Engineering Operation Review measures.
Responsibilities relating to the Quality/ Food Safety Activities:
a. Execute & follow Engineering Food Safety & Quality Compliance.
b. Participate in training related to Quality & Food Safety.
c. Participate in conducting Hazards Analysis and HACCP identification.
d. Execute HACCP activities under department control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Computer Skills:
· Basic computer skills (excel, Microsoft word)
· Basic PLC knowledge
